Jenn brings over a decade of experience leading training and development for government agencies and small to mid-sized companies. After growing a private K–12 school from a startup to a million-dollar organization, she saw how the right people systems can make or break a business.
At Momentum HCM, Jennifer helps owners create structure out of chaos—building strong teams, simplifying compliance, and freeing leaders to focus on growth. She splits her time between Memphis, Tennessee and Dallas, Texas, where she’s usually teaching, traveling, or mapping out her next big idea.

Steve brings over fifteen years of HR leadership experience to Momentum HCM, where he advises on leadership development, compliance strategy, and organizational culture. He’s led HR operations across industries including aerospace, supply-chain, manufacturing, and government services, helping leaders strengthen teams, reduce risk, and build workplaces where people thrive.
